What does the inspection cost?
The site assessment fee is ₹499 for residential homes and flats within the Hyderabad and Sangareddy area, and ₹1,499 for commercial buildings and large projects in the same area. For locations outside this area, our team will call after your enquiry, confirm the distance, and agree the fee before scheduling. The fee covers the visit and written diagnostic report. If you hire us for the work, it is deducted from your project total.
What happens during the inspection?
A Victoria engineer visits the site, measures the affected area, maps moisture ingress points, and identifies the root cause. You receive a written diagnostic report covering the cause, recommended method, materials, timeline, and price.
How quickly will you respond?
During working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM IST), Our team replies within 2 hours. Outside hours, you will hear back the next working morning.
When will the inspection be scheduled?
Within 48 working hours for Hyderabad and Sangareddy. For other locations, our team will confirm availability and the visit fee on the call before scheduling.
What should I include in my message?
