Victoria Waterproofing is a waterproofing and construction services company operated by Subhash Chander, headquartered at Sai Krushi Nagar, Sangareddy, Telangana, India. Our GSTIN is on file and available on any written warranty or invoice we issue.
This website (victoria-waterproofing.com) is the primary channel through which prospective and existing clients contact us. When you use this website, you may provide personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and who we share it with.

What we collect
We collect only information you provide directly to us. This includes:

- WhatsApp number — to reply to your enquiry and schedule site inspections.
- Email address — if you choose to provide it on the contact form.
- Property type, location, and description — to understand the scope of your waterproofing problem before the site inspection.
- Testimonial text — if you submit a review or testimonial through the website form.
We do not collect payment card numbers or bank details through this website. All financial transactions are handled offline, directly between you and Subhash Chander.
How we use your information
We use your information for one primary purpose: to respond to your enquiry, schedule site inspections, send you the diagnostic report, and if you proceed, to deliver your waterproofing project.
Specifically:
- Contact details are used to reply to you on WhatsApp or email.
- Property and problem details are used to prepare for the site visit and produce the written diagnostic report.
- Testimonial text, if you grant permission, may be displayed on this website to help other prospective clients understand our work. We will always attribute it as you specify.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties. We do not send marketing emails or SMS campaigns.
Data processors
We use the following third-party services to operate this website. Each acts as a data processor — they process data on our behalf according to their own privacy policies:
- Supabase (Mumbai region, ap-south-1) — our database provider. Enquiry form submissions are stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database hosted in Mumbai, India. Supabase is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II compliant.
- Cloudflare Pages — our website hosting platform. Cloudflare operates a global CDN and serves this website. Cloudflare's servers process each page request. Cloudflare's data centres are distributed globally but traffic routing is governed by their Privacy Shield and DPA commitments.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — we use WhatsApp as our primary communication channel. When you click a WhatsApp link on this website, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to Meta's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 — if active, analytics data is processed by Google LLC. Google's data centres are global. Data is retained for 14 months under our configuration.
We do not use any other third-party SaaS tools, CRM platforms, or email marketing services that would receive your personal data.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry data submitted through this website is retained in our database for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward for warranty and dispute resolution purposes.
Specifically:
- Active project data is retained for the duration of the project plus 5 years (the warranty period).
- Enquiry data that did not result in a project is deleted within 12 months of the last contact.
- Analytics data in GA4 is retained for 14 months (Google's minimum).
To request deletion of your data at any time, contact us by email or WhatsApp. We will confirm deletion within 14 working days.
Your rights
Under applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data (subject to retention obligations related to active projects and warranties).
- Withdrawal of consent — if you gave consent for a specific purpose (such as testimonial display), you may withdraw it at any time.

Children

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not notify you individually of changes unless required by law. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
