Why this archive exists
For two decades, our work was the work itself. Buildings got waterproofed. Warranties held. Clients called us back for the next project. None of it was documented online. We are now working backwards through our records and revisiting older sites with our team to photograph, verify, and publish the work. New projects are added monthly. DLF Residential Tower — Terrace Waterproofing
Hyderabad · 80,000 sq ft
Full-terrace waterproofing across an 80,000 sq ft podium and rooftop deck for a DLF residential tower in Hyderabad. SBR-modified cementitious system over prepared concrete substrate. Zero leak complaints in 18 months post-handover.
Gitam University Campus Building

Full terrace and sidewall waterproofing on an academic building. Coordinated execution across vacation windows.
Sangareddy Residential Terrace

Re-work job after a previous applicator failed within one monsoon. Diagnostic-led membrane replacement. Two monsoons, zero recurrence.
