Pre-construction waterproofing
Foundation and footing-level systems applied before the slab and structure go up. Critical for projects with high water tables, basement floors, or below-grade habitable spaces.
Podium decks and intermediate slabs
Multi-tower podium waterproofing with full coordination across structural, MEP, and landscape teams. Our largest delivered podium deck is over 1 lakh sq ft on a single site.
Basements and below-grade structures
Crystalline waterproofing, bentonite systems, and externally applied membranes depending on water table, soil condition, and structural design.
Swimming pools and water-retaining structures
Polyurethane and crystalline systems certified for water retention, with separate finishes for chlorinated and non-chlorinated water.
Water tanks, including potable water
Food-grade waterproofing systems for overhead tanks, underground sumps, and treated water tanks, compliant with applicable codes.

How we work
Four stages, every enterprise project.

Pre-construction consultation
We sit with your site engineer and project manager to review the architectural and structural drawings, the soil report, the water table data, and the exposure conditions. The waterproofing scope and material selection are documented before site mobilisation. No surprises mid-project.

On-site execution
A dedicated Victoria site supervisor is assigned to your project and reports daily. Site discipline includes PPE compliance, material storage protocols, daily progress reporting, and coordinated material delivery. Our 30-member team scales up to the project size.

Inspection and quality control
Each work segment is inspected and signed off against the agreed scope. Water-flood and spray tests are conducted where applicable. Any rectification is completed before the next stage proceeds, not after handover.

Handover with 5-year warranty per unit
On project completion, the warranty document is issued per scope area. This means flat buyers receive a warranty document with their handover papers.
A note for your project team: we coordinate with your site engineer and project manager. We do not bypass your team to talk to the developer directly. The chain of command on your project stays your chain of command.

Do you take on tender-based projects?

Can you handle pre-construction waterproofing alongside our main civil contractor?
Yes. Pre-construction waterproofing is a coordinated scope, not a standalone trade. We work to your project timeline, your contractor's sequence, and your site supervision protocols. Our site supervisor reports to your project manager.
What is the minimum project size you will take on?
For enterprise work, there is no formal minimum, but proposals below 5,000 sq ft are usually best routed through our standard residential or commercial service flow. Send us the brief and we will route it correctly.
Do you provide warranty per unit when we hand over flats to buyers?
Yes. The warranty document is issued per scope area, which means each flat or tower in a multi-unit project receives its own warranty document on handover. Your sales team can include the warranty document in the buyer handover pack.
How do you handle rectification after a building is handed over?
If a defect surfaces within the warranty term, you raise it to us through the designated channel. We inspect within 7 working days, document the scope of remediation, and complete the work at no additional cost.
Do you carry liability insurance on enterprise projects?
Yes, project liability insurance is in place. Insurance details and certificate copies are shared as part of the proposal documentation.
